to some extent it may have some influence, but 5 stars is not a must: we know some guests give one star for strange reasons at times... Less than 3 looks discouraging but else don't worry!

I consider stars but they are not the only factor. Pics, profiles, comments in forums, price are also factors.
The one time I definitley focus on stars is when the host is very beautiful with a great body. If she has 3 stars or less, that is a red flag for me. There is definiitely star inflaton on this site and if a very hot host cannot get more than 3 stars, something is probably wrong with her video sessions.

Stars mean a lot for me, I like to do (Pvt) with low rated hosts that like to increase their stars, they try their best to satisfy me... I get the best show and recompense the host with stars. 5 stars hosts that care of their rate make the same...Hosts that don't care of their rate will never take care of you!

But if they have a 2 or less I pass. They didn't get it for bad equipment or other technical reasons. They scammed, lied or gave a lousy show in most cases.

Buying signals
If I, as a member, ask a question like "Do you have sound?" or "Do you like cam to cam?", I am probably not just making idle conversation. This is a "buying signal"! In other words, just like when a customer picks something up in a store and asks "How much is this item?", he may expressing more than casual interest, the type of questions that I mentioned are asked since I probably have more than a casual interest in entering video! It amazes me how clueless some hosts are and don't get this point and delay answering because maybe they are chatting with other people or something. These type of questons should be answered immediately!
I am sure that hosts are asked these questions when the member has no intention of entering video just as when the guy in a store asks about price, he may well just be looking around, but these type of questions give you the perfect chance to get a member in video even if at first he was just making casual conversation. "Yes, baby, I have sound. Come on in and we can hear each other and have fun.", "No baby, I don't have sound, but I am sure you will like how my body talks to you," "Yes baby, I love cam to cam" (even if you don't ).

I do NOT think that hosts are dumb in terms of a lack of intelligence, and I do not think that I am all-knowing. I've met many hosts that strike me as very intelligent and consider some my friends. And even if it is not reflected in my posts, I always try to treat hosts like people, not objects, and am not demanding once in video.
But I do think that some hosts need to learn more about how to market and sell. Hosts are selling themselves so it is important to know how to do this. I am always amazed to see a woman that looks like a supermodel with a low star rating for example (although that is more about what happens after member enters video) or hosts that don't take the time (and I know it does take a lot of time since my friends always complain about it) to make good pics. The "if you build it, he will cum" approach is not enough. One must be a good salesperson.
In any event, I've had the situation I've described happen enough that I felt a post was justified. Perhpas my language was a little harsh due to my frustration, but that does not mean the underlying point is invalid.

That is a very good point. I can type fairly fast without looking at the keyboard very much. Plus, English is my first language. That is something for me to consider.

If I enter a video and the host is in another video at another site responding to someone else I get out of the video and get a refund for whatever I spent from CC. If a host invites you into a video you should be the first one in the video at least.

The post is a reflection of my frustration in terms of being ripped off by hosts. The rules of CC are specific: one to one means one to one, no other sessions on any site, be it CC or another site, are permitted. I gave you a suggestion, namely, to post "only available for open chat" just like many hosts do with "only available for video" when they don't want to be bothered with text chat (which is exactly what CC tells hosts to do, by the way). And in my particular case, the host had enough time to let me know she was already in video, but does she? Of course, not since she knew I was interested in seeing her in video and wanted more money. That's fine, but at least be fair about it and give me what I am paying for.

I agree with your claim. This week I asked a host in textchat whether she was free, she said: give me 5 minutes please! I know how relative time can be, so I checked again 10 min. later, directly in the Enter Video screen: she was not on a chat so I entered straight away in 1-2-1 and arrived... in the middle of a strip. She stopped it (the show was probably exclusive on another site) and asked me again if I could come later.
If it's not possible to block the 1-2-1 entry, it's possible to close the profile, it doesn't require much IT knowledge and it should be what a host should do if she is working under several CC profiles anyway, when she gets a 1-2-1 on one of them.
And about waiting for ladies to be ready, it happens in real life, so nothing I am too shocked about, but there are limits ;-)

First of all CC doesn't give us the option to block 121 when in open it's just how the site works.

I agree with "most" of what you say. I know there are individuals (members and hosts) who gripe, but I think it is funny the way they continue to argue both sides of an issue. As a member, I enjoy to hear both sides of the issue. I do not enjoy it when an individual is rude to another, but it is good to hear both sides. For example, the issue of teenbabe777 blocking whole countries...I feel she is in her right to do that and I understand her reasons for doing that. I appreciate her taking a stand and she is very willing to speak up for her right....I also am one who teases her for blocking because I am one of the blocked (lol) Maybe I want to visit her now that I have heard her name (I did not know her name before the discussion in general forum). Anyway I feel there are two sides to any issue and I like to read both sides. I do feel that both hosts and members have the right to choose, but I like to see the choices made with repect to others and their choices. So I will still enjoy the discussions and have a good laugh sometimes over the comments.
