You other old time net wankers can vouch for this. And the girls had solidarity, they all charged the same and only rarely would you see a host charge less. And net video chat technology was comparitively horrid back then. Video was something like a pixelated slide show and if you wanted to hear the girl you had to call her. We really get a lot more for our bucks nowadays.

I am not complaing about prices but your statemt is untrue. as a long time member of years, prices have gone up.

If you are only talking about camcontacts then yes the price has gone up a little. Considering how the USD exchange rate has gone down the toilet I don't think it's bad at all.

I've only been active here since 2005, the site I started my net wanking hobby on doesn't even exist anymore. But the prices on the major sites have come down considerably, and still camcontacts is cheaper. I have to wonder how some of these girls are getting by that are charging so little. After the sites take their cut and the studio takes their cut there isn't much left for the host. So when I come to CC and see guys complaining about $3 and $2 per min I have to wonder about their basis for comparison.

it's just too bad a deflated dollar demands more money to be spent on the essentials....as much as i'd like to partake in the relative bargain of hosts charging the same that they did when the dollar was worth more, i still gotta, you know, eat and tank up my hummer and shit.

The difference in nonadult and glamour is probably the expectations of the members and your willingness to provide a hotter show. Very good hosts keep a record of their members. Their name, age, job, likes, hobbies, etc. When they send an email they don't just say...hey baby I miss you...that's like saying....Come to my video. They say....how is that project you are working on? How is your golf game? Happy Birthday? Something personal so the member knows you remember and you care. That is what building a clientele is all about.

I think it is a great idea. Now prices are all over the place. I used to check out a girl to see if she is hot. Now I check the price first. If it is too high I won't even look at the pics. Agreed...I am a regular visitor to this fine woman. Only part I don't agree with is that you say it is quite difficult to get into her show. I never have a problem. In a way it's kinda right that rich people dont worry about bread and food and where to get food -yes.
But lol, what they don't mention is what type of problems rich people have. I wanna say this though, We had much better life when we were poor.
I would love to give up everything i have to return to that past.

Everybody can talk and make diagnostics and analysations
But they have to live in both shoes and i dont mean only one person too.
We all have different lives and destinys, also even when it comes to medicine, heres a few problems a rich man can face too:
1: you go to an expensive hospital and they all talk and most probably worst then a normal hospital.
2: Many people have cancers that still cant be cured for any money, (happens a lot, even in the family) (my).
When your poor you do more research and most probably someone already recommended you something good. In the rich world same thing could happen but it can be just someone elses gossip and go and get ripped off.
If you dressed poor and walk through a dangerous alley you just be a local unless your unlucky. If im walking in the same spot and dressed rich i will get mugged and beaten up unless im lucky.

People don't wanna kill or kidnap average Joe, but if it's some Joe with a big account worth few millions, people who are capable of such things, to them it's a walking treasure chest.

What do you consider a "reasonable price". Any host in "not shy" has to be ready to do some sort of show in open video. You can find many for $0.75 - $1:00 a minute here. If you want a lower price than this you are not looking for a reasonable price, you are looking for cheap.

many times ive had hosts say i only do that in 121 and didnt.
a few hours searching isnt much spend more time searching and you will find a few that are happy to show plenty in open session.
keep in mind many hosts are clockwatchers and take thier time to get into it , so i suggest you keep a close watch on your clock and set a limit such as if she doesnt do X in 5 minutes, you leave.

As for the girl saying we pay less here on CC than in other sites, yes, generally speaking, we do.
But in other sites you don't have to deal with the 121 non-sense, the non-enforced category "guidelines" - and get benefits like watching video preview, recorded videos, and buying time by volume with discounts.

All in all, i spend more in other sites since the 121 rule came into existance. Because, as it is now, "little shy" and "glamour" are the most expensive categories of them all, because you need to spend a LOT of time with the host and THEN go to 121 which more often than not, 100% over the base price.
Which in turn leads to other sites being cheaper. You can even get to see the same girls do a show for a lower overall cost, since you spend less time with the "yadda yadda it's against the rules" here.

Not everyone wants to jump immediately to a show every time. I sometimes like to chat, flirt, be teased for a while, then have a show. Why should I pay a 121 price for the whole video. One of the reasons for the increase in hosts who only show in 121 is the number of rude members. Many times when a host is in video other members join and start giving conflicting requests/instructions. Some hosts manage to handle this in open vid. Others decide it is simpler to only show in 121. Not the orginal intention of 121, just an unintended consequence.

I guess it comes down to this question. Host are you making as much money or more on CC as you were a year ago? If so then keep your prices where they are? If not consider lowering the prices at least during slow times of the day for you. Members are you doing as many or as long of videos as you did a year ago? If so then the new prices don't bother you...if not then chances are you are not a happy camper.

I would like to see a single price for hosts and have host divided into categories by price. Have a nonadult and adult section divided by price. And if you want 121 it is .50 more per minute across the board.

So if a host is in the under 1.00 category in adult I know she will do something adult (I think that should be spelled out in a section of the profile...like lingerie, topless, nude no play, all, etc.) I go to a video I know what I am getting for the price and if I want privacy I pay extra.
