Today I had a rather interesting discussion with another guy who travels to Eastern Europe a bit that uses CC. However, I don’t believe he has been to Russia. He is also somewhat of a smart ass at times.

Basically, his words said sex with a Russian woman means virtually nothing to Russian woman and it is just a way to pass time. That casual sex in Russia is normal.

Our conversation started after telling him about a Russian girl I know who supposedly has a Russian boyfriend and traveled to Egypt. I happened to know she is exchanging SMS’s, emails, and photos from men she met in Egypt.

My own travels have only taken me to Russia twice. I had a close experience with two different Russian women. One woman was very casual about sex and the other was prudent. Certainly there are cultural differences and differences from one person to the next person. Lets not debate this.

What I would like to know is just what does it mean in Russia to a woman to be her boyfriend? Are the rules of exclusiveness meaningless in Russia?

Anyone know when time change occurs in Romania and Russia?
