There are many 20-something girls saying they are 18; but no 18yo girls saying they are 20-something.

Sad fact of life is that, pound for pound, younger adults are more attractive than older. This is why women spend billions per year trying to look younger but spend nothing trying to look older.

If you do a search right now for 18yo girls, probably better than 90% of the results you get are for older women blatantly lying about their age for their own financial gain. That's simply unfair on the paying customer...

Also, it's not simply a matter of looks... It is not just the body that changes with age, but the personality too... And often not for the better. Or a man may prefer the innocence and inexperience of an 18yo host. I think we have a reasonable right to be allowed to make such decisions for ourselves, rather than being tricked into paying for chat under a false pretext.

All the more annoying, since CC knows the true age of Hosts and it would extremely simple to have the Age field updated automatically, just like the "Last Online" field.

Not always true. Believe it or not but when I was something like 25-30 yo I was still needed to take my passport each time when I wanted to buy a beer to prove that I am 18 already. I was so angry that was ready to do any thing just to look older. The same is my sister. Well, it was about looks, but as for innocence...I understand your point. But my point is that innocence also not always means 18 years old girl or even younger. You anyway will feel that only after you talk to a person. What a curious thread and what is more curious is that as of now it seems to be only hosts opinions that have been voiced.

Truth is women lie about their age all the time, you don't need to be on CC to see that. So men tend to take a woman's age with a bit of a pinch of salt which is actually rather a good thing really. Some women just do look younger than they are and why should that be a barrier to anything? If anything, being only 18 can be a bit of a handicap for anyone who is serious about a relationship or more (it can happen).

TL, while I understand your feelings on the subject, perhaps you feel that older women are 'stealing' your thunder and taking away potential customers because they have the advantage over you of looks AND experience which makes them cracking women to be with, it is perhaps just a bit ungracious to think men are solely influenced by how old a host is.

Oddly enough, the converse is also true though. I cannot tell you how many times I have told hosts my age and they turn around and say "Mmm nice age" despite the fact that I have grown 5 years since I have been on CC. Most think I am older and like the comfort in knowing I am not a silly little boy who does not know what he wants. If you did a poll of hosts I am quite sure more than half at least would say they preferred an older man who is educated, intelligent, successful and sure of themselves, that to have a spotty 18 year old drooling over them and being naive and crass.

So no, I have to say I am not particularly enthused by the idea. Even on a site like CC hosts ought to be allowed to retain some dignity and grow old gracefully if they choose to. Despite what some members might think, CC for me is not and has not ever been a 'cattle market' where all the hosts are the same and you just pick off the youngest and freshest for the hell of it.

Suppose your personal preference was for slim, small-breasted blonde girls of between 18 and 25 years. You search the hosts using those parameters, and find some.

Except, when you enter the host you find in actuality the woman is 35, fat and has titanic breasts. Wouldn't you feel aggrieved? Wouldn't you feel that this person has deliberately conned you out of [an admittedly tiny] amount of money by lying? It is this principle that above all aggravates me.

As for hosts being allowed to "grow old gracefully and with dignity", I think that to tell the truth about one's age is a good deal more graceful and dignified than lying about it so that you can effectively perpetrate fraud on a paying customer.

What I object most of all to is the lie, and the motive behind the lie.

The lie is to say that you are (perhaps considerably) younger than you are; and the motive of the lie is to obtain other peoples' money. There is no amount of sophistry or discussion that could make this acceptable, moral or legal.

As I think of this as a fantasy site to me it is all about what can be created by illusion (a lie) in a video.

So yes if I put in the parameters that you specified and entered the video of a host in the list only to find the girl that you decribed I would feel slightly aggrieved (although I would have checked her pics first).

However if the 35 yo fat woman with the titanic breasts could make me believe that she was a small-breasted blonde girl between 18 and 25 while I am in video then I would be perfectly happy.

So if I was looking for a blonde and had a great video only to find out later that the girl was really a brunette with her hair dyed blonde I would still return to her video.

I have to say, grateful as I am for comments, that you guys seem to be missing my point to a degree.

It is not a subjective discussion of the merits and demerits of particular ages, or whether older women are better than younger women. Nor is it a matter of the merits of particular preferences. I would never dream of disparaging others' preferences... When it gets right down to the nitty-gritty, we all, male and female, have preferences and urges that defy rational description or validation.

It is the simple principle of Hosts lying in order to attract visitors they would not receive if they were honest, that the only conceivable purpose behind the lie is to trick men into spending money where otherwise they would not.

This is fundamentally wrong, if not actively contrary to the various governances that all countries adopt in order to protect free trade and the rights of the consumer.

Nor can it be excused by describing the site as a "fantasy" site... If this were the case then I ask- again- why are hosts not compelled to be honest about their age? If it were only a matter of suporting a fantasy, the actual age listed would be irrelevant since then it would become a matter of how well the Host can portray a particular role. If you go to a store and buy something that does not, in the actualite, correspond to its description then you would be entitled to a refund. Stores that persistently mis-sell would be subject to investigation.

It is not a valid excuse, on being supplied with a product that does not live up to its advertising, to be told that nothing is wrong because you could have "imagined" or "fantasised" that you actually got what you were paying for.

CC being essentially a sexual forum does not preclude it from its responsibility to supply a product that is consistent with its description.

How would Hosts or CC like it if I spent a couple of hours, couple of hundred dollars, with a Host on the basis that I have been told by both CC and Host that the Host is 18 years old, only for it later to transpire that the host is actually 25 and that I consequently wanted a refund?

Consider also the fact that this lie is deliberately engineered to entice paying Viewers to the host. There is a corresponding impact on Hosts who are GENUINELY 18 (or 19, or 70, or whatever your preference)... In that their income is being diluted by fakers who have already had their "day in the sun" and, not being content with that, are now set on extending their "day" to the cost of genuine paying customers and their fellow Hosts.

From now on, I will be rating all hosts who deliberately lie about being 18 solely for their own financial benefit, and my financial detriment, with 1 star and submitting negative feedback both privately and on the Hosts' forums.

In all the comments, I have not seen one reasonable justification for these lies... Only excuses, essentially no more substantial than "Oh well, women lie about their age, what can you do?". This is fine, perhaps even endearing, in general society. But this is not general society, it is essentially a place of business where the consumer has a right to expect that the product being supplied fits its description. These lies can't even be excused by saying they are some kind administrative error or oversight. They are clearly, very clearly, deliberate deceptions on the part of the overwhelming majority of those Hosts claiming to be 18.

If the age of the host is not important to you, then you can have no complaint with the true age being listed.

And if the age of the host IS important to you, then you stand only to benefit.

The only people who stand to lose are the Hosts who lie about their age for their own benefit, and even then only insofar as they would not be able to lie and deceive the people who genuinely support this otherwise great site any longer.

Again... I have to labour the point that this is not a post about matters of preference, taste or opinion.

A "Supermodel" build is completely open to interpretation. It is an opinion, and in the eye of the beholder. If you choose a Supermodel-build Host then you have a reasonable that they will be slim with good proportions; but no absolute right that they will correspond to your own personal OPINION of what a Supermodel should be. Additionally, a girl may truthfully believe herself to be supermodel-class whilst the general opinion might be to the contrary. This doesn't make her a liar, it just makes her possibly occasionally mistaken like any other human being.

But age is not a matter of opinion, it is a matter of fact. It is not something that is open to interpretation or radical change. It is something that is easilly measurable and quantifiable.

Hosts who say they are 18 when they are 25 or 30 are simply liars; and they lie in order to cheat the paying customers of this site out of money. To a certain degree, that's a matter for their own conscience; but as sweetcinci's post below shows, conscience is clearly at a premium with some hosts. To an even greater degree, it should be an enforcable matter because CC have the power to prevent this abuse but don't; and are therefore complicit in it.

The girls themselves are not commodities to be bought or sold; but they are providing a service and the description of the service they purportedly supply should correspond to what they actually deliver.

Names, like bodyshape, and other non-certain or randomly changing attributes are different from Age because they are not definite. If a host explicitly states in their profile that they will perform Anal for you then yes, you have every right to expect that they will; but you can't infer from a name what the host will do for you.

The hosts set out the cost of their service and decide how much it will cost you to buy that service. If you pay that cost but dont receive the service, you have been cheated.

If I see a girl who claims to be 18yo selling a service for a given price, then I have an absolute- absolute- right to receive that service from an 18yo girl upon paying the required price. After all, it's not like we can decide at the end of the session to only pay half the amount because we only received half the service.

Consumers have a fundamental, absolute right in both the moral and legislative sense not to be cheated by being delivered of a service that does not match what they bought.

If you looked at their photos and can't tell the difference between an 18 year old and a 30 year old you are going to have a hard (no pun intended) time here on CC, good luck on your search.

I absolutely agree that CC have no LEGAL responsibility to ensure that its customers are not being cheated by unscrupulous hosts; but I think it is reasonable to expect that we should be afforded some simple protection. Not as a matter of legal responsibility (from the CC point of view)- simply as a matter of good customer service and basic decenct. I agree it is the Chathost who is providing the details and substance of the service and that they are therefore solely responsible for any deficiency in the service.
So, I entirely agree with the thrust of your statement as below:

BUT CC does know the exact age of Chathosts, and since calculating a person's current age is a simple matter, it would be an extremely easy matter for CC to keep the Chathosts age updated automatically, to prevent the abuse of fee-paying members by unscrupulous Chathosts who lie abot their basic details:

"Additionally, the CC Network Inc applies its own strict age verification principles to all individual Chathosts... who prove to be over 18 years of age and who provide acceptable age verification documents to substantiate it. All age verification documents ... are carefully examined by qualified staff"

It looks like you are after a refund here. If that’s the case, according to the condition in order for that to happen you would have had to previously confirm with the chathost that she is 18 years old, that this is what you want, what you are looking for, and such and such show will be delivered by her. The chathost would of have had then to “specifically agree” to it. If none of this happened, I believe you don’t have a “legitimate complaint”.

Well I met my husband online, we fell in love heels over head after our real meeting. He came to live in my country, we got married, then we moved to his country. I am just going through a very bad experience myself. Since we are on it, i'll vent :) It's a long read, but who cares. If you are reading the forums instead of masturbating, or meeting your future wife (or both), then you have plenty of time on your hands.

I met a girl here on CC about 4 years ago - and i got attached to her, in a way i had never been to any other girl before. We are about the same age (in case you were wondering). For one reason or the other (both of our jobs, studies, etcetera), we did not meet but until the last summer.
Things were almost all happiness with a few bumps here and there (nothing too bad). I caught her on some small lies, but my love for her was big enough to forgive her under the excuse that "she's just a young girl, she does not know how to handle things at times".

I truly loved her, but just like with any girl (not just the ones that work at CC), such a thing may not be reciprocal. I have to say, however, that she sure tried to make the whole thing seemingly reciprocal.

Well, i found out the hard way, that it really wasn't reciprocal. Maybe it was for a while, maybe it never was, maybe she did love me but not just enough.

I sent her money through the net, and at one time, her "recieving limit" was already maxed out (obviously from another "exclusive" fan), whom like myself, did not pay for video on CC (per se).
Well, i could go on... But i guess the cherry on the cake is the fact that she is pregnant from who knows what guy. And she hides and moves in a way she thinks i may not notice it when i see her on video. You can block all emails from a number of unwanted email sending hosts by placing them in your "black list"...a feature in the ccMail.

Also, while in Community Chat, you can instantly block any host to hour heart''s content by highlighting their name and pressing "block".

All these features have been around for a long time .... so it is not new technology.

It does get a bit annoying to see you have been on and off several times.

One way to take several pee breaks without turning off your vid session is to post a comment or "Warning" in your free text chat. Or, put a handwritten sign in a location that the cam can pick up on it. Then, it is the viewers fault for entering your vid without checking your free text chat and you will not be penalized for it.

However, if you drink a lot of fluids during or off a session, I suggest you use a catheter tude. That will do the trick. LOL Just joking. Take all the pee breaks you require.

Block list to me means that the host does not want to see me again. That means that I have been rude or something is wrong. I probably deserved it and I do not visit that host again if they send me a note telling me that I am blocked.

As for me, during the time that I work here I didn't block any. I dunno, maybe I am a lucky one, but I met someone who would really deserved to be blocked. Well, on the other hand, even if I don't like very much a visitor I always try to say farewell in such a way which won't give him an advantage to hurt me. But in case if I'd meet someone who doesn't want to understand nice words and would try to upset me in different ways, I for sure would block him.
For example, a blackmailer...or a person who defames my country...or someone who maniacally insistent...those ones deserve to be blocked.

As a member its pretty simple to me , if a girl does not want a member to come back for whatever reason its a good one because each member represents possible income . I think it is essential that hosts have this facility and its not necessarily anything to do with hating anyone etc . As for the members they should respect the hosts decision , move on and leave it at that .
Those members who then change screennames to see girls who blocked them , and i think there are many , should look at how pathetic their behaviour is and call into question their respect for other people .
What always surprises me is that the hosts could ban a hell of a lot more but dont because they tolerate the guys to earn money . Personally if I did what they did I would have a block list as long as my arm and I wouldnt pull any punches telling members what i thought of them ( it would be a short career methinks :-))))) ) .

Oh come on now do you really think that the hosts have to individually block every single person from their own country ? No they do that as a global option.Therefore I think you will find that these hosts are using the block facility exactly the way cc intended it otherwise it would not be there.

There was a time when I did have a live-in chick who worked on this and other sites, and in answer to (A) yes, I had no problem with her doing shows from the living room.
