Change happens and Is inevitable. Somebody said to me recently, the best things happen to those who make the best of what happens.
In fairness to Monika, sometimes getting professional help is the rational and best approach. But at least you recognize it's damn hard to do this on your own; it definitely helps to have somebody on your side.

Saying Goodbye
I am closing my accounts (Shagnastee and Pulapong) and wanted to say goodbye to all my CC friends. I have some important things I have to do and must leave CC.
