Some people do change their minds on a short notice, but a lot of the time they will change it back also very soon. It is uaually due to anger for some reason. If this changing back and forth occurs a lot with an individual that is the time to be concerned.

Yes, but, what gete and Tech are refering to, are those fallen members of the Bristish Commonwealth, not just Australia. Rememberance Day is widely celebrated in the UK also.

As a viewer I do not consider myself as better then a host. I do pay for my visits to videos and I can choose if I go or do not go, but a host can also make the same choice; however the host does lose money if they choose no. So to me they both have choices.

I won't criticize you, but I think you should try to ask better questions in life. Questions are very powerful. The question you asked is a presumptive question, which is flawed. For example, if you ask someone "Does it bother you that Azterix is so boring?" then you are presuming that Azterix is boring, you are shaping their mind about him (which in this example is true, but that is not the point).
Maybe you just did not think so much before you posted because you were angry at some a##hole viewer who really thought he was better than you. We are not all like that, and that is why some people got angry at you in this post.

For the first couple of years I would look at a host's pics. I think the pics tell a lot. I sometimes would read the profile but generally they are pretty generic and in many cases misleading. Then I would look at the price. The past 6 months I look at the price first. No sense in getting interested in a host who is almost 2 dollars a minute. A dollar is generally my upper limit with some exceptions. Popular hosts tend to be popular for a reason. They are particularly hot, or smart and funny, or extremely sexual. But I agree with another poster. Some real gems can be found if you take the time to look and often they are quite affordable. Kiro4ka was a recent find. Amazing smile. Great personality and a beautiful smile. 90 cents. Why pay more?

I make my choice for visiting a new host by reading the profile, looking at pictures, looking at cost, and by text chatting with the host first either on community chat privately or in straight private. After 4 years living in Russia you can get the nationality. But - as far as I know there is a second nationality on the russian pasport. It something like Buryat, Rus, Tatar,.... What is the impact of this second nationality and which one should I get as new Russian. Anybody knows here?

As far as I know there is no any nationality specified in a NEW form of Russian passport. It was an old form of a passport where nationality was specified. Now all citizens of Russia have a passport of a citizen of Russian Federation. That is all.

And of course they realise that hosts are unknown people, different people, with different level of moral qualities and responsibility. That is why their experiences here could be different for sure, sometimes good but sometimes bad.

You could spend years online but finally you can find just couple of REAL friends, and maybe even a REAL love. Those persons whom you could call a real treasure. It happens, not often but happens.

This is a hard one. If they only do it a time or two it is probably okay to listen and help them if you can. If they continue more different times, then I think you need to tell them that you cannot help them and try by using as a caring way as possible to cut it short. If they come to your paying video later, you can put up with this a little longer. If they do not , then end it quicker,.

I agree that the contest should be every month or so. In addition it would be nice to have some incentive for the members also. One example could be that if a member were to spend a certain amount in a month in one host's video, then they would receive a slight discount on the per minute rate for one future session with that same host.
The same thing could work for the host. For example if the host brings in a certain amount of money in a month then they would receive a higher % for their share that month. To me the host and cc would both make more money with that setup.

SOOOOOO true TD, i ran outta money months ago, and from all the girls i used to chat with and vid with there are none left. :P
But i do have 2 lovely girls that have stuck with me and i chat with them in yahoo. Best girls i have ever known on this site over the years i have been here. 2 gr8 friends. :)

Probably just a bad day although I'm sure the % of idiots and perverts on a site like this is greater then that in the population in general. Some of us, like me, fall into both categories :P
I know it's easier said than done but the best course of action is to try and not let them ruin your day.
I do like the idea of perverts and idiots having their own day though so I think I may start a petition on the government's website :D

About the rating system
Before rating system was implemented, when I was first in video, I generally got all of hosts attention (even in open). Now when a second member enters host feels compelled to talk to him now being afraid to ignore him else she gets bad rating. Happens too often now. If this happens in my video, you WILL get a bad rating. Seems things work both ways.

While I agree that the first member should still get all or, at the very least, most of the attention aren't you just adding to the problem by voting the host badly ?
As for me I tend to go 1-2-1 in video to stop this happening unless the 1-2-1 price is way much higher than the open price (of course that still depends on what the open price is) and then I juts don't visit that host.

Nothing good can come from this. It's very subjective as to who is best or who is worst. Why risk hurting someone's feelings. Imagine if a bunch of strangers held a vote at your work to determine who was the biggest a-hole on the job. It could be a friend of yours.

I agree with most of your points JB. The only one I disagree on is the part about the vote at work to find the biggest arsehole. I know it wouldn't be a friend of mine that would "win" as I would more than likely get a clean sweep :D

with the flash based vid chat its faster and clearer...also..u dont need software for cam2cam...and...the host can also here the viewer now...its still in the testing stage which is why not all the hosts r using it

Well I just tried it and its soooooooo much better! What's more, it works on a Mac (and in Safari - that's an achievement in itself).
The framerate is amazing - both ways - perfect for all those, er, fast movements :p

the best relationships that i have had at cc are with married hosts or ones with boyfriends. there is never a danger of getting emotionally involved and the realtionship can be totally sexual. i wish such a search criteria was available.

Bang your head against the wall until dizzy. Shake it off. Return to the computer. You managed to have the same experience of a relationship on CC without the time, money or anguish. Party on dude.
