I do say obligated, not required. I admit I have a defective memory but as I recall all shy hosts stripped years ago when there were only 2 girl categories, Girl Home Alone and Shy Girl Home Alone. I accept the fact that Glamour will never change. In fact I'd like to see Glamour kept in adult but made non nude. The hosts could wear sexy clothes, talk sexy etc but could not do nude or topless. That way only viewers that are in to that sort of thing would go there and there may be less misunderstanding on the part of those members desiring an erotic nude show.

I think your memory is faulty. Little shy hosts have never been obligated to strip. More used to do shows in video than do now but that was in the days before 121. But then hosts in the non-adult categories had more freedom than now and were allowed to do shows in private password sessions. .

Well I do admit to faulty memory, but I do recall seeing more nudity in general back in those days. The argument back then was stall queens in both categories. And yes remember the pvt sessions in NA. But am sure you will agree there are many more nails, feet and Dominas and much less nudity site wide than back in the Good Ole Days. And the prices were much lower as well.

I think the amount of nudity "site wide" ie in all categories is as great now as it was then. I agree that there is less nudity in littleshy, at least in open session (of course almost all sessions were open then) and prices were generally lower. What you may have slso forgotten is the restrictions on hosts now. In those days a host might have 3 sessions in littleshy and a couple in not shy all open at the same time and at different prices. With this number of sessions a host had a good chance of being in video with someone a lot of the time and so could earn money steadily. The good hosts could have three guys in video at the same time and keep them all happy. Of course there were times when members didn't get the attention they wished but no one seemed to understand that this was the occasional sacrifice one had to make for the generally very low prices here. Ultimately the bitching of these members led to the introduction of 121 and the rule that a host could only have two sessions open and had to close one as soon as someone entered video on the other. We still get complaints about lack of attention cos to boost their income hosts have sessions open on other sites. IMHO 121 is a great example of not wishing for something cos you might get it. In general in those days the site had a relaxed "wild west" feel to it which I liked. I hate the constant demands for more rules which try to prescribe in detail what the hosts must and must not do in all categories and seek to turn CC into a clone of the other videochat sites.

Well we agree on lower prices. But I thought the hosts were limited to one room but I may have things confused with the first cam site. I do recall back then seeing a couple of hosts asleep on cam but at those prices no one complained. Yeah it was mostly about price, we do agree on that.

Overall I think CC does well. I don't think it is a clone of other sites. I was refeering to the members who post here trying to turn it into one. I agree anyone one in this business needs to upgrade technologically but it is also necessary not to lose those aspects which differentiate you from others.

He is talking about NA private sessions where some years ago quite a lot used to be allowed. This continued for a while even in the early days of 121.

It is entirely up to the host and should always be so and second you should work out what you expect to see before the video starts. If the host agrees to nudity and then doesnt deliver go to CC for a credit. That is the only way you will see scamming stopped.

YES or at least enough to support the hosts in that category of softcore very well. When Not So Shy is the largest category why wouldn't you go there if you want full nudity without questions? IA is another one! Why try to convert a softcore to hardcore? That makes no sense unless you are just shopping for looks and profile and don't pay attention to categories.

Further when members get mad because of a host doesn't understand how to read the categories and strips in Little Shy and toys then it makes hard for the hosts that are Truly Little Shy and and don't strip because they are shy.

Yes I agree that it is very confusing to members when a host just takes it upon herself to not read the guidelines and rules....it also makes it very hard on the other hosts that belong in that category and are constantly expected to do what the "misplaced" hosts do. I never said it was not allowed. The host chooses to strip or not strip. But if you had a shy guy in paid video, open or 121 and he was talking about the weather and the last movie he saw you're not going to stop him and start to strip. Guys, I am interested in your advice on something. Once in a while I get a customer coming into my room and asking you directly if I will meet him for sex and what your price is. Just to be clear the meetings did not always involve sleeping with the host and I had known most of them on line for a long time before actually meeting them. do not assume all hosts and members are the same. What is great about CC is the variety of hosts, and I assume of members too. Some hosts do meet. And what they do with a member when they meet is between the two of them. I agree that asking if a girl is a prostitute is very rude. But I have met 2 hosts, each a wonderful woman. When we were together, I paid for everything, including nice gifts. In both cases, we both had a great time, fun little vacations.

I think you must have just had a sheltered life before joining CC and stuck to pure "vanilla" sites. All of the terms you describe were on use on camsites that were around before CC. Not So Shy Category
Over the years the Glamour and Little Shy categories have been widely attacked and criticized in this and the Viewer Forum. Instant Action gets mentioned alot but there is very little written about one of the if not the largest category on site, Not So Shy. Somehow this category has managed to fly beneath the radar. First let me say I have seen some amazing hosts in Not So Shy but there have been issues from time to time. I've had a few girls refuse to strip and others take forever to do so and many others asking for 121 for show. And I saw a recent post in Viewer Forum stating he had a host refuse to even do topless.
I know it is impossible for cc to stay on top of this due to new girls joining every day and maybe some misunderstand the category and its requirements or have issues with English. But it does happen, not in most cases, but more than just one or two. Having so many categories offers lots of diversity but also has some issues attached as well.

Good that you are speaking up about these issues! I think CC should force hosts to read all the requirements for the category they choose and the sites rules. Maybe a little test before just letting them go and make their own rules. I feel that is their responsibility to make sure all understand before jumping in. Just my opinion!
