i wonder why russian peoples use water so easy and a lots? we are not used to econom. nobody never told us to do that..never care how much water they use.. when european peoples are so nuts about water wasting / always trying to econom the water..

I disagree, I lived in western country some time, the main purpose of economise the water for most people I knew there, was money for enegry not "environmentally conscious". And yes with time in all countries we started to pay attention on environment more, because the lack of everything in the world (not only clean water). Russia here is more lucky then other countries, thats why people there are careless.

Intersting string and post. And I agree. It seems that as people have a chance to dig themselves out of poverty they tend to breed less and start to care more about the environment. And although this will sound like a real downer....my own personal opinion is it is probably too late to change the overall dynamics of the pressure our species has put on the environment.

It's true. With the growing human population and the fact that more and more people in the economically developing regions of the world are becoming affluent and just as wasteful of natural resources as those in the already developed world, for single Europeans to believe that they're doing anything of consequence by rationing their water usage by the tablespoon is just absurd.
If you consider disease and starvation and famine and war a part of the natural process of human population control though, I think things will be fine. People will thoroughly fuck each other over a million times before things become so desperate environmentally that global life itself is seriously threatened.
Environmentalism as it is today has much, much more to do with political/economic/social control than any real concern for Mother Nature or Gaia or whatever.

I of course can not predict the future. But my guess is sooner or later nature will prune our numbers through disease. Hell Spanish Influenza killed tens of millions of people and that was long before air travel. Sooner of later a virus is bound to mutate. Time will tell. Meanwhile, sit back and enjoy CC.

Wasting water causes no direct harm to the environment. It costs money and effectively "wastes" the energy used to purify and distribute it.
In the UK there is huge wastage due to leaks from the pipes in the distribution system.

In Russia people wash dishes with the tap running. Mostly in Western Europe, people run water into a bowl and wash in that. That's a good example.

So perhaps the processing of the water is not so harmful to the environment, because there obviously isn't that much processing.

It's like a special kind of ironic propaganda that you have in Russia that makes you think that everyone else's view of Russia is based on propaganda. The reality is that Russia is actually rarely mentioned and those who do have an opinion tend to have visited there and/or educated themselves.
Propaganda didn't go away, it's just much more sophisticated as people became more cynical.
A tip. Westerners don't think that you have bears on the street on Russia. But if you think that we think this, then you already assume we are ignorant. Ponder this for a while :)

Let me clarify. The Russian way of life, economy and such things as water are rarely mentioned. Russia's role in global politics (and Putin) is mentioned frequently.

In most any Western film or television series, how are Russians generally portrayed? They're gangsters or oligarchs or victims of some evil, corrupt government. In Western news, they're frequently framed as supporters of despots and backers of tyrannical governments. Seriously, you should pay more attention. And maybe learn to question your sources of information.

Let me put it this way. We (at least intelligent) Russians see all the problems in our country. I personally cannot complain about the lack of information in Russia lol. It is just pointless to complain about these things all the time. It is not our overpartiotic attitude but a...perhaps psychological defense mechanism that lets us see best things in life in Russia and, therefore, live hapier lives.
If the bloody bad water quality disturbs me, I will put a filter on the tap and continue to live happily and not waste my time on criticising it. You saw on the example of recent protest that mass criticism leads to practically nothing in Russia. Everybody chooses his own lifestyle.

That's true. I can't work out why the tap water thing got turned into a conversation about propaganda. It wasn't me that started it :)

You undoubtedly have better tap water. :) There is the question is it better to enjoy water of worse quality in plentitude or to have that superior water quality and hardly use it because of high water costs?

Our water costs aren't really high at all. But people might want to save on them here as they are trying to save money *everywhere* to cover the other, generally quite high, living costs.

I noticed in (continental) Europe that even if women have more possibilities, they don't use them. My point is, if more (in majority naturally pretty) Russian women had more money, they would take care of themselves. In Europe women have environmental concerns, careers or fear not to conform with the rest. Even if their clothes look expensive, they somehow don't fit nicely together.
But I admit that sometimes Russian women dress too bitchy :) I am for elegant clothes.

I am from Russia, I dont like drink water from tap, because of chlorination not beacuse of parasites. lol We actually get water for drinking from spring in wood or mineral bottled water from shop.

we dont have cholirination in tap water here, its only used when needed to kill the bakterians.. our tap water comes from "spring in woods" and we make bottled water from this same tap water, to sell this bottled water to you lol

Never bought mineral water from other countries (I am not crazy to pay so much) nope, all bottled water are russian, I prefer local water. The problem with water from tap are chlor (so u should figure if there is chlor there can't be any parazites) but chlor is toxic thing, so better dont drink such water. Also u can check for yourself what countries have got the largest reserves of fresh water in the world. ;)

polyvinyl chloride, bisphenol a - chemicals in plastics that pose the risk of leaching into food and beverages packaged in them and causing a wide range of health problems - cancer, neurological problems, obesity. search wikipedia for 'bisphenol a' and you'll find a list of the health issues that seem associated with that particular chemical. kind of disturbing.

In that case all plastic should be forbidden for using with food, but most countries use it...shame. So far I knew it's not good put alcohol and hot drinks in plastic, never knew that any food shouldnt be in plastic.

sorry but its not sarcasm, tap water in many our cities is groundwater, so it is same water than water in springs and because we have pure good quality groundwater, it is good and fresh to drink just as it is, chlorium is used only sometimes when needed to make water pipes clean.

There may be a shortage of pure clean water but there has never been a shortage of just water. The amount of water on the planet now is the same as it was when the dinosaurs walked the planet. It is also interesting that Russia has the largest supply of the most pure water on the planet in Lake Baikal.
Where I live in the US I take long showers, I remove the flow restrictor in my shower heads and have washed dishes with the tap running and my largest bill has been $15 per month. I also work in a laboratory that tests drinking water from many facilities and I know that many bottled water types are only tap water put into bottles and that the regulations here are less strict for bottled water than for tap water so it does not have to be better than tap water. In tap water chlorine or ozone are used to kill the germs but there is also a regulation on how much chlorine can remain in the water once it gets to your house, but without it you would most likely be sick from the germs. The testing is expensive but our water still is not so expensive to purchase at the home. I hope that some day in Russia there can be the same type of water for everyone there to drink also.
I also hope that the misconception of running out of water would not be so popular, but there should be a concern for safe clean drinking water being available to everyone :)

Sometimes I use home coal filter for water from tap, if I gonna cook soup or tea, but still if I want to drink just a water I use mineral bottled water...because taster.

depends on how much water you have and how much it rains and how much evaporation you get. What's the point of restricting use if the water is plentiful and what you take does not upset the river flows. Russia is lucky as it has very very low evaporation rates and a warm periods that last only a few months.

Hold on there. I have spent thousands of dollars on this site over the years and I get my best value for the great Slavic women here. And yes I've spent money in the Colombian girls rooms, and no thank you. I much prefer the Slavic women for more reasons than I can list.

I think part of the draw is that the Colombian women have, for the most part, taken the stage quite recently compared to the Russian hosts. I've been on several sites. For a long time it was the Russian women who were tops on all sites. Then came the Brazilian women. Now where are the Brazilians? Hardly to be found. Practically never was there a Colombian woman, but now they abound. I think it goes in spells, for whatever reason. Russian women will still be tops or at least pretty darn near there. I suppose a lot of it has to do with supply and demand. I've not checked but I'd lay bet the Russian women still dominate the scene, simply because they pretty much have more hosts to choose from. But as for the Colombian women ... the full figure, dark complected, black hair, Latin temperament, all seem to hold a special mystique that men find appealing.

you know cc has some really neat features on this site for us members, one that comes to my mind is below Viewer Options on the left hand corner-6 words down (Favorites) were you can stored your favorite host profiles especially so you can go back and visit them as often as you like to check out photos-my question is does cc stop at a certain total number of profiles that can be stored in here, at the moment I have 210. If so how much has anyone here have.

My premise is not that you have to spend more to get more. I know there are hosts with high prices who have no attraction for me. At the risk of over extending my analogy I would call these Maybach hosts. Also there are low priced hosts who are great.

I think you are being incredibly rude about your fellow hosts. I visit lots of hosts in little shy and glamour who charge a $1 or less, look stunning, have good connection, good English, and like to play. what you "want it to be" and "what it is" are really two different things. CC is primarily a porn site, interactive porn, but porn nonetheless. If someone chooses not to take advantage of the porn aspect of it, that still doesn't change what it is.

If a host catches my attention there, then most other things don't matter that much. I was wondering can a host who is in little shy category be in not so shy category and not use toys?
