I would say that sex has to be involved before you are cheating (I suppose that could mean she is cheating on her web bf).

You have to act responsibly and mature when you have a family that you supposedly love. Do you know how many young and good looking women are married and have a wonderful family? Some of these women are professionals and work outside their house and meet nice looking men everyday at work. They work day to day with nice men, but some are responsible and won't mess around with another man just becuase he is cute and see him everyday. I think many people don't understand what love is, and that we cannot chose , buy, influence or stop it. If we can do that, then there is no love anymore. You cannot command to love. You just fall in love. I ask you, men, did you never felt that you could love two women in the same time? Of course, each love is different. And time is limited. But our hearts are not, they can love many people. To vow that you will certainly love only a certain human being for 50 years from now, seems to me just a nice idea, an uthopy. People change, get to know better, and are put in front of different situations and people everyday. Life is fluid. We change a lot, and all the epople around us also. That makes strict vows to be just words, or even chains for who take them seriously and chose to kill love in themselves at a certain point if it appears. We have to grow up and accept that we have to stop a little and try to feel what do we realy feel and want at a certain point in life, and if we strongly feel that we want to change our life, then we should do that, there are so many unhappy people, and so many that are living in "hells" because they don't have enough courage to change something. Having children is not an excuse to live a miserable life nor to suffer near a man who changed and you can't stand anymore. Of course, this is not the case of the host that posted the first message, but I feel too many people consider vows above human life. We realy can love more than one people and if that happens, then it's a fact and we shouldn't kill love for one or the other, but just love both of them, as many people do...

I know guys who are very capable of influencing "love" -- Insofar as "love" is that feeling cajoled and manipulated out of a woman to be able to get her into bed, anyway. If you think that there aren't people out there that can and do play with others' emotions for their own benefit, I'm afraid that you're mistaken.
If you define love soley as how someone else makes you feel, and if you subjugate responsibility for all you might do because of that feeling, you're setting yourself up to be taken advantage of and to be hurt. I've been several times through this situation, when my former bf was attracted to other women, and even made love to them. That caused me every time such a pain, I felt not beautiful enough, not woman enough, I felt to withdraw from the relationship if I wasn't able to fulfil him on every level. That was because I wanted to be everything for him. But I never accused him for that, I thought every time: who am I to order him what to feel? One cannot order or impose to another person what to feel. My bf acted very sweet to me, he doubled his efforts to make me feel loved then.
But what shocked me was that every time that he was attracted to another woman (there were 3-4 times) , and I accepted the situation in my heart, thinking that I don't own him and his soul, that situation dissapeared almost instantly, as if those were only tests for me. I don't know how many of you believe in spiritual evolution (I do) , but I realy passed (to my great surprise) those humbleness and tolerance tests, and after a while I've met the great love of my life, and I moved to another town to be with him. Now I'm living for quite some time in the sublime love that I only dreamed of all my life.
I asked myself: what if he would be attracted to another woman etc etc? And I can answer just this: I love him, I feel a privilege to be with him, I may feel very sad if such a thing would happen, but this love have strenghtened me and cured a lot of wounds in my soul. I don't think I own him nor his soul. If somebody realy fells in love with another person, then that person must have some real qualities, although we wouldn't feel so happy to see or recognise that.
For my former bf I feel the same friendship, I feel him like a brother or like a child to me, but the erotical part paled almost completely although he feels the same complete love for me. We are friends and see and help each other from time to time.

I don't know how many of you believe in spiritual evolution (I do) , but I realy passed (to my great surprise) those humbleness and tolerance tests, and after a while I've met the great love of my life, and I moved to another town to be with him. Now I'm living for quite some time in the sublime love that I only dreamed of all my life.
I asked myself: what if he would be attracted to another woman etc etc? And I can answer just this: I love him, I feel a privilege to be with him, I may feel very sad if such a thing would happen, but this love have strenghtened me and cured a lot of wounds in my soul. I don't think I own him nor his soul. If somebody realy fells in love with another person, then that person must have some real qualities, although we wouldn't feel so happy to see or recognise that.
For my former bf I feel the same friendship, I feel him like a brother or like a child to me, but the erotical part paled almost completely although he feels the same complete love for me. We are friends and see and help each other from time to time.

And if she seems busy I always ask if she wants me to return. Just because I note how poorly some hosts (who I didn't name) conduct their rooms doesn't make me a stalker. I am an original 'old-school' CC member. The hosts here have a different culture from many other sites.
Here the hosts expect guys to type privately. Here the hosts have always expected textchat before going to video. Yes, some guys just leap into a room without textchatting and, in fact, some hosts have been known to scream at guys who jumped to video without announcing themselves.

Many viewers say Hi in public text chat at the first moment and then continue talking in private chat, because it takes a little time to wait while the text chat is fully downloaded. You say hi then switch to the private mode and nobody else can see what u are talking about. It happens often. So u are maybe not right that she didnt reply to her visitors in the text chat.

"A Host," As with Nadeen's point above, you offer a plausible explanation for a host's failure to greet a guest. However, the detective is a seasoned member and it doesn't seem likely that he would repeatedly make such an error of observation. On occasion, yes, but not over and over. It seems much more likely that he is complaining about the same basic failure of manners that hosts complain about, be it a failure to say goodbye or hello to another human being in your presence---even if it's "virtual" reality, which is admittedly more removed from "reality" (whatever THAT is), but which should reflect the same regard for affording each other basic courtesies.

Okay, he shouldn't get bent out of shape over this,and perhaps his complaints are chronic on this subject, but the salient point should not be lost sight of. He is not the offending party here. He is the one offended. Muff's remark only 'adds insult to injury' , and to call the detective a "psycho-crybaby" is stark evidence of missing the point. But those without manners could hardly be expected to recognize a failure of it in others.

Melomane my post was half said in jest as "the detective" mainly seemed to be complaining about his time being wasted and then spent a fair amount of his time "getting bent out of shape over this".
Having said that I am assuming that the girl was not sat at her pc and that was the reason she was not answering and while I am sure that is probably against the rules of cc I still feel it is a rather trivial thing to complain about.

Actually, it is against the rules to ignore text continuously, though CC is not as strict as some places.
One site used to kick hosts with very little restraint. THEY WOULD expect a host to be within quick reach of the computer at all times. That is not reasonable. There are needs for toilet breaks and trips to the kitchen.
However, the original post is about the occasional host that ignores text messages and further, leaves proof she's been doing it for hours.
It's not personal, as messages such as "Video only." "Busy, come back later" or even "Goodbye" show that at least she is paying attention. My original post is only referring to hosts that open a roon and then ignore visitors.

I stumbled across one of the rarities here. A host that widely varies her price according to her mood. I've seen her at prices from $1.25 to $5.00 per minutes. I keep her in my Favorites List and watch for her "sale" periods.

Eye Contact
It's well known ( wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_conference#Issues ) that eye contact is sorely lacking from videoconferencing. I find the visual impact much greater when a chat host "looks me in the eye". But I find it difficult to request. Perhaps one gets used to performing while watching one's own image, the eye constantly on the monitor instead of the camera.

Thanks Todd, keen observation as usual. Now that I think about it, when I'm on camera, my eyes are first drawn to the graceful , fluid dance of my own penis, then of course I enjoy the girls, and most importantly I search for the silent approval of my grandparents who sit on the couch behind me.
